How do I expunge a 4 year felony grand larceny deferred sentence in the state of Vermont?

More details to this question:
it happened in 2006 and I have paid all the restitution back and complete all the terms of my probation and am off probation. But the sentence is still on my record and I was told by my lawyer at the time that it would be off my record once I completed all that.
