How do I fight a minor in consumption charge?

I recently got a minor in consumption. I was with 2 of my friends, one was underage and the other was of age. We were walking at a lake and a cop drove by and then turned back around to confront us, both of them were drinking but I was not, but my friend had thrown a beer can on the ground down the road which the cop found and assumed it was mine. Although he gave my friend the ticket for littering. He did not PBT me nor did he say he smelled it on me and I did not admit to it either. I am going to fight it, but I am just curious if I have a good chance at winning.
