How do I fight in a hearing for a state security license?

i have a simple assault and stoking on my record and trying to get a state security license but i have been denyed and i have a hearing i was going to bring the person that i have the simple assault and stoking on and have them tell the hearing that it wasn't a violent act or anything eles

If you have a hearing, you should get an attorney familiar with the process. It seems like you will need to annul the simple assault and stalking charges prior to getting security license. Good luck.
