More details to this question:
I was arrested in August 2013. I rolled my car, refused a breathalyzer and no blood was drawn. I was released on my own recognize (sp.) given court date. I went to court and my name was not on the docket. I asked why and I was told they would send me a new court date. I received a letter a few weeks ago for October 2014 court date. Will their case stand?
