How do I get a license after my second DUI?

More details to this question:
Three years ago, I get my second DUI. First one was 5 1/2 years ago. My job is now requiring me to have a CDL. I have read that 2 DUIs is a lifetime bond. I’m going to lose my career if I cannot get one.

2 DUIs is only a lifetime ban on a commercial license.
