How do I get a motion for a bond hearing?

More details to this question:
I got put on prob. In feb. This year on a manufactoring charge for meth. Got a 10yrs on paper and this is my first time ever getting any kind of felony charges and 1st being on any kind prob. I tried contactin my po officer for a week after i was put on it and was told he would contact me but i still havent heard from him and now i have violation warrent. I want to know if im gonna half to do jail time and how do i get a motion for a bond hearing.

In Tennessee some judges allow a person a bond, but some do not and keep you in jail; for 30 days or until a hearing is arranged
