QUESTION

How do I get a No-Contact order recinded or modified to allow contact?

Asked on Feb 27th, 2021 on Criminal Law - Texas
More details to this question:
My boyfriend at the time (31) and I slept together when I was 15. He was arrested and placed on deferred adjudication probation and placed on the SO registration. I want to re-establish contact with him - he's pretty much all I have left. I want to do this the right way so I do not get him into trouble. I have not contacted him nor has he contacted me. How do I get the DA to agree and get the judge of rescind or modify that order so I can be in contact with him?

Are you still under 18? There's probably not anything you can do to change his criminal conviction and deferred adjudication.
