More details to this question:
I have a public defender for my appeal. The state is Florida. I would like to file a motion for an appellate bond. No one seems to feel this motion is a possibility. Why can't I seem to get this PD trial lawyer since I do qualify for one?

You have many things going on and your question is not clear. You already have a public defender for your appeal, if you even have an appeal. The appellate division of the public defenders across this state are excellent.
