Asked on Mar 17th, 2014 on DUI/DWI - Georgia
More details to this question:
My sister had a DUI over a year ago. Did all her restitution. She is a flight attendant and now has a restricted passport to enter Canada. If she can't get her record sealed and is not able to enter Canada, she will lose her job. Can she have her record sealed and how does she go about it?

Unfortunately a DUI is forever in Georgia.  The only possible way to have the DUI removed would be if the case can be reopened.  A year later, this will de difficult.  What city/county was the plea in?
