QUESTION

How do I get an insurance ticket dismissed?

Asked on May 14th, 2016 on Criminal Law - Texas
More details to this question:
I got my fourth ticket and it includes a petty citation where I was accused of having no financial responsibility, no insurance which I did. I even have proof now. It's because I gave him the wrong slip and he was already in a bad mood at the scene. I am going to get this dismissed. I'm not sure if I'm guaranteed a dismissed insurance proven act but I damn well know I'm brining proof of the slip. Now that being said, I'm looking to be enrolled in the responsible driving program regardless with my 3 other tickets equaling to 8 points. I heard that unless the DPS get a dismissed charge on the record, they won’t charge me point fractions. I heard of one guy who got charged by DPS (point system RDP) with a supposedly dismissed citation or so he thought. After studying law and how this works, I'm taking extra steps to the extreme because I can't have DOS have another 2 points to talking me to 10 points or I will be so doomed. I’m talking about notifying the county clerk and there system to not only check up on my record but to see it’s dismissed. I have enough knowledge to know it will still be on my record but I could careless I want that dismissed notation. I want to possibly request court to write note with dismissal proof so I can give to proper agencies.

Don't do anything until you talk to a qualified traffic ticket lawyer. Your situation is too complex to do it yourself.
