QUESTION

How do I get fair representation for my son -- Prisoner Rights?

Asked on Oct 22nd, 2017 on Criminal Law - New Jersey
More details to this question:
My son is incarcerated with the State of New Jersey. While serving time he was attacked and has lost his rights to a halfway house in 2018 do to the offense. He has sent (or tried to send) to me all documentation regarding his appeal. I have yet to receive said documentation and his timeframe for appeal is running out. I feel that the prison system is holding this information so as I cannot get him representation. I need an attorney ASAP to get my son a fair hearing on the situtation before his time expires (November 2, 2018).My goal is for him to have a fair hearing with ALL facts and try to get the halfway housing back in is favor.
