You currently cannot get multiple felonies off your record under the current Michigan law to set-aside convictions for good behavior. Currently, you must either have one conviction or one conviction and two prior or subsequent convictions for "minor misdemeanor offenses, offenses punishable by ninety days in jail or less."

The short answer is: You can not In Michigan, the general rule was that after 5 years you could expunge one qualifying felony or misdemeanor. To meet this requirement, you cannot have other misdemeanors or felonies on your record. This was modified to allow modification of one felony or misdemeanor if you have a prior "minor" misdemeanor. (e.g. one punishable by 90 days or less) In your case, multiple felonies would expungement not possible. Only if the felonies were vacated by motion under certain conditions could this be considered. (Note however - a YTA plea would not count as a conviction).

You are barred from getting them expunged because you have more than one conviction on your record. There may be other options but it would involve the prosecutor for the county to agree to let you withdraw your pleas in the case or cases. You would need an attorney to help you with this and it would be a long shot .

Generally, a person with two or more convictions cannot expunge a conviction. There is a limited exception, however, where a person otherwise eligible to apply for expungement may do so if he or she has been convicted of not more than two minor offenses in addition to the one sought to be expunged. A minor offense is a misdemeanor or ordinance violation with a maximum imprisonment term of not more than 90 days, a maximum fine that does not exceed $1,000, and was committed when the person was not more than 21 years of age. In your situation, you would not be able to get an expungement.
