More details to this question:
I was convicted of a felony 8 years ago. It happened 10 years ago. It took the court almost 2 years to convict. I was wondering if there is a way for me to get my civil rights restored so I can go hunting again.

You can't. The state and federal bans on possession of firearms by convicted felons are lifetime prohibitions. In WI, if the charge you were convicted of wasn't eligible for expunction at the time of conviction, and/or expunction wasn't granted at the time of sentencing, it is not possible. Since Governor Walker has publicly stated he will not grant any pardons, in WI, you are presently out of luck.
