QUESTION

How do I get my license reinstated under these circumstances?

Asked on Jun 22nd, 2012 on Traffic Violations - Illinois
More details to this question:
I was in the military at the time, at fort bragg in NC, and i was pulled over in Fayetteville NC. I was doing 111 in a 50. I never showed up for my third hearing. After getting out of the military, I went back home to illinois. I was then pulled over for speeding, but nothing serious. The officer told me my license was suspended and he said it was shocking that i still had it on me because he was reading that I had given it up as bond in NC... which i never did obviously because i still had it. So, now i am facing a serious offense for driving on a suspended license in illinois and still have to take care of the court thing in NC... I need help!!! I want to take care of this so i can fix everything and get back on track!!

Please contact experienced attorneys in North Carolina and Illinois as soon as possible. Driving with a suspended license is a misdemeanor in Illinois. You need to contact attorneys in both jurisdictions as soon as possible. Lori G. Levin Attorney at Law 180 N.
