My fiancé just found out that he has warrants in another county from 2011 and is currently in prison due to wanting to get off probation so he is sitting his time out. But now he found out of another probation in another county from 2011 that also has warrants for him. How do we go about getting rid of this? If we pay his fines, will it get rid of his warrants? I am trying to get things going since he is prison and I am so lost on how this works or what I need to do. I am trying to get it to where we can try to get him home on probation so he can follow the plan and do his rehab and start to clean up his past so we can move on and he can start his new adventure of a clean healthy life that he has worked so hard for over the past year! Any help would be great.
If the warrants are for cases that he owes money, then you can clear them up by paying; If not, he would have to appear in that particular county court.
