How do I go about fighting traffic tickets?

I was recently involved in an accident where a motorist almost hit me I let him go in front of me but we were driving in the same direction & he purposely slammed on his brakes & made me run into the back of him. I received a ticket for tail gaiting and reckless driving!

How do you go about fighting a ticket? Hire a traffic ticket attorney. There are very serious tickets that may get you a suspended license, so don't think about how not to spend money or how to find the cheapest attorney. You may think the other driver is at fault, but whenever a driver rear ends another car, the presumption is that it is the fault of the driver in the rear.
