More details to this question:
I plead guilty to lewd and lascivious with a minor under 12 when I was 17. But to not receive jail sentence I was to plead guilty as an adult and complete sex offender counseling, pay restitution, and 8 years of probation. I am now 28, married and looking to start a family. I have maintained steady employment since I was 18 and had no probation violations or any criminal charges of any kind. I know there are strong emotions toward sex offends, so I wonder my chances of easing the burden on my growing family.
No, you can not get that type of felony conviction expunged in Missouri. In the eyes of the court, you are an adult when you are age 17 unless you were prosecuted in juvenile court.
