How do I help him if his days are not showing right?

I am trying to get my husband’s sentence figured out. He was sentenced to 25 years. He has multiple charges with multiple counts. One including an escape charge. However, all his cases are ran cc all his counts are ran cc and he got credit for time served including the time he already served prior to his escape. Who do I need to contact?
