How do I know if I still have the old warrants?

I want to get my license but I feel that I have 2 warrants that are stopping it from my past.

You should hire a lawyer to go to court to check for you and to recall the warrant(s). A lawyer can do this without you present if the underlying charge is a misdemeanor, so it is less risky for you.
