QUESTION

How do I plead to a lesser charge for OWI?

Asked on Aug 20th, 2015 on DUI/DWI - Wisconsin
More details to this question:
I was arrested for OWI, first offense. I did a breathalyzer four times but they couldn't get it to work so they took me for a blood test. My BAC came back at .185 which in Wisconsin above .15 is really bad and requires an interlock system, etc. How do I go about pleading it down to below .15?

Find a skilled criminal lawyer. Prosecutors are extremely reluctant to pretend the actual BAC was less than .015.
