Normally, a good POA has language that says this POA can only be revoked in writing. Therefore, a new POA with language that says this new POA revokes all prior POA's, will be sufficient. Also, you can revoke it by written letter, signed by you which you should deliver to all persons or entities who possess or are relying on the old POA.
