How do I seal a criminal record in Tennessee

I am trying to get a job, my record is holding me back. How do I get my record expunged or sealed in the state of Tennessee.

I cannot comment on the law governing expungements in Tennessee.  You really need to consult an attorney licensed to practice in that state.  However, generally you are able to get a conviction expunged if it wasn't an F1 or F2 (or other violent or sexual crime).  If you have more than one conviction, though, that may create difficulties in getting any convictions expunged.   Simon W.
