I need to sign a refusal to prosecute. I'm not sure where I would need t go or who I need to contact. I have contacted the court and they said it was a legal question.

You may no longer want to prosecute, but once the state decides to bring charges you may no have a choice. You need to contact the prosecutor's office and tell them you do not wish to assist in the prosecution. If you are a victim you should have been given information on victim's rights and who to contact.
