How do they have to prove I sent a text

More details to this question:
My ex wife and me can only communicate about our kids. She printed off a cpl of text with only my name and not my number and had me violated and they want to charge me invasion of pricvecy. I didn't make texts. No one ever checked my phone. How can they prove I did this? She also called the prosicuter and ask to drop the charges.

Hire an attorney.  Can possibly show through phone records.  The records won't show the content of the the text but will show if you sent a text at that time.
