My friend has a prior DUI/DWI case and was pulled over last week for DUI and reckless driving. she was parked and was throwing up when she looked up there was a police officer in front of her, she was parked at the police station heading west towards new mexico las cruces. it was also windy and she was wearing a very short skirt. she said the wind made her fail the last part where she had to stand on one leg.

New Mexico? I am in Texas. Have no idea about New Mexico law or how you got on a Texas list. I would google DWI trial lawyer in your area and go meet with them. Research the hell out of them and go with who makes you most comfortable and who you can afford.
