More details to this question:
This is a touchy legal question. Um a friend was chatting explicitly with someone that said "she" was 18. Turned out it was a adult man who wanted to use this against him. He also exchanged pictures with him. He threatened to send the pictures to the police. Can this be used against him? Since it was not a minor?

this can be a crime. i have done two cases with the same fact pattern. i need more details. who was the 'adult male' ? a police officer ? how explicit were the pictures ? was the person undressed ? what was the conversation ? did he suggest a meeting ? i would hire an attorney immediately. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
