QUESTION

How likely is this to catch up to me, and what should I do?

More details to this question:
3 1/2 years ago I was pulled over with a suspended driver's license. I gave the officer a made-up name. However, I gave her my real SS, my real birthday, and she took my fingerprint with an ink pad. She let me go after writing a citation to appear in court to show a valid driver's license. When I did not appear in court, a warrant went out for the fake name that I had provided. A week after that I was arrested for violation of probation for being behind on payments. I entered into DUI court, graduated successfully and have not gotten into any trouble with the law again. Since then I have completely turned my life around. I work, I am a mother of two healthy children, and I was accepted into an extremely competitive program and am pursuing my degree in Radiography. My ex is threatening to turn me in for this if I do not drop the child support. How likely am I to be arrested for this, if he does indeed call and give them my real name? There it still an active warrant for the false name.
