QUESTION

How likely would the other state extradite her back?

Asked on Jun 14th, 2017 on Criminal Law - Florida
More details to this question:
My wife was put on 24 months of probation back in December 2015. She got a technical violation on 04/2016 for absconding. We are lifelong residents of the same state. The original charges were aggravated battery on pregnant female and burglary of an occupied dwelling. She took a plea to this charges against advice of council just to get out of jail. She was recently picked up on this old warrant for violation dated 04/26/2016. She has nothing or no one there and we would have no way to get her home if they take her there.
