How long before I can get a possession of meth expunged?

More details to this question:
I was driving one night with one of my friends and three girls we met at the night club. I got pulled over. The cops searched the car and found quarter of gram of meth. No one man up to it so I was charge with it. I took a deal which was 20 N.A. classes and it was going to be misdemeanor felony. When completed them, the court said that the case was dismissed. I graduated college but can't find a good job.

I am not clear if you had a conviction. There are some drug treatment programs which result in the dismissal of the charges without a conviction. It sounds like you may have participated in such a program and you may not have a conviction. I would want to see paperwork from the court.
