Generally, having a criminal conviction aside will only be entertained after five years have passed since the sentence, parole, etc. has been completed. From your question sounds as if you are premature.

You will have to wait five years from the date of your discharge from probation. Keep your record clean between now and then.

If you were tried and found guilty by a jury and you were convicted of a felony, then the felony conviction stays on your record forever. The only exception are for 3 types of felonies in Missouri that can be expunged after 20 years have passed since you completed your probation, parole, or imprisonment without any other misdemeanors or felonies. Those 3 types of felonies are: passing a bad check, fraudulently stopping payment on an instrument, or fraudulent use of a debit or credit device.
