How long does the State’s Attorney have before filing DUI charges?

More details to this question:
I was taken to the hospital for DUI, where blood was drawn. I did not get a ticket, nor was I arrested. My BAC was high. How long does the State's Attorney have to file charges in Illinois? It's my 2nd DUI.
