how long does thecorts have on a quickand speedy trial deadline

More details to this question:
I was violated of parole in DEc of 2013 sent to prison jan 13 2014 had a redavacation hearing at B.C.C.X was told then by parole officer that I would be indicted by 15 judicial dictrict of smith co. TN,filed a motion to dismiss indictement then filed a quick and speedy tril motion after but am being told that the indictment was sealed and that is the reason the Dictrict attonrys office would not file a transport order so I could exisicriees in my right of a speedy trial so its been 14 months since I filed the speedy trial I was realsed from prison and am still going to court over this same indictment what should I do they are telling me to take a guilty plea or set it for trial next court date
