The length of time it takes to get a record expunged depends in large part on the court you are dealing with.  I've had municipal courts schedule the expungment hearing within 2 weeks after filing.  And I've had other courts take 8 months.   The forms, if any, should be available on the court's website or at the court itself.  If you decide to hire an attorney to take care of the practice, your attorney will most likely have his/her own motions to use.   Simon W.
