How long would I have to stay in jail for 3rd DUI?

More details to this question:
I got my 3rd DUI in Idaho. If I am sentenced 90 days in Jail, but get this transferred to Los Angeles where I live. What’s the time I will spend in jail Idaho's time, or if they are so overcrowded, than would that be to my benefit?

You need to talk to an Idaho lawyer. The sentence would be determined by Idaho law. If they notify the CA courts your probation may be revoked and you may also have to spend time in jail in CA.
