the key is whether we can argue that these two distribution charges are 'one conviction' in that only 'one conviction' can be expunged. if the two charges are close in time, there is a possibility. the second issue is the passage of time. one normally needs five [5] years from the end of probation. the cost is $1500. please let us know if we can help. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235
