How much is it to expunge a simple burglary?

I was charge with simple burglary, which is a misdeamnor and since the CD was taken out of the car, it became a felony. My report says no evidence CS found on the vicinity or me. I need it expunged so I can get a better job.

The statutory language covering obtaining an expungement in OK is found in Title 22 Section 18, and Title 22 991(c) of the state statutes. A section 18 expungement, when qualifications are met, permits a person to expunge their entire arrest record. Asection 991(c) expungement permits one who received a deferred sentence to expunge the plea, and have the disposition of their case changed to show the case has been dismissed. The disposition will say, "plead not guilty, case dismissed". The 991(c) expungement process alone will not expunge the person's arrest record.
