There are many variables that determine a potential sentence in a drug conspiracy. Is the case charged in State court or Federal court? Is your friend responsible for the entire 900 grams or part of it? Does the conspiracy involve cocaine or heroin? To answer the question of how much potential time your friend might have to do on a drug conspiracy, you will have to sit down with an attorney who is experienced in criminal law and discuss all of these questions.
