How much time will he get from resisting and assaulting officer?

My husband got arrested January 21st for resisting and assaulting an officer. He's already in jail.

Instead of worrying about the jail time, you need to focus your attention on how you can help him avoid being convicted. Time to shop for a "good" lawyer for him.
