Attorneys charge differently for expungements. Because the process is fairly straight forward, you may want to look for a flat fee that works within your budget. However, you will also need to find out whether you can get the felony expunged at all based on your other convictions. Some states do not allow a person to have a conviction expunged if he or she has been convicted of more than one crime. You should contact an attorney licensed in Indiana to inquire further.
