How much to sponge a case from Memphis ?

I have my gun license since 1995 from Rochester NY, I was with my ex boyfriend “ on Vacation in Houston” in 1999. On the way back back from my supposedly vacation that he took me for the second time, we were stop in Memphis and Police found in a one of the tire 10kilos of cocaine. Even do my case was dismissed he say he was guilty,It still show on my record. i need to sponge it.
