How much would it cost for both the violation and the appeal and what are the possible outcomes?

This is my third violation on a third degree and a second violation on a fifth degree with 20 years of probation sentenced back in 2009. I was violated because of possible failed UA and not complying with recommendations. Both cases already sentenced and running concurrent with 21 months hanging over head. I was notified that also I would have one more year to appeal the third degree with withdraw of guilty plea based on the new evidence of ex-boyfriend finally admitting it. It was his drugs and that I felt pushed into saying they were my own and was personal amount what all has to take place for a hearing for the appeal.
