The Henderson county clerk charges $350 to file the petition, and $20 per agency that is served with the order. There are  usually 6 agencies to serve (so $120 for service).  A lawyer would charge you for about 3-4 hrs worth of work for the petition; but, they won't permit us to quote prices online.
