How should I plead? Possible fees?

More details to this question:
NJ Resident with a charge of theft by unlawful taking at my workplace, I am being being charged with taking a total of $2,400 but I have knowledge and evidence of my workplace being responsible for more then half of this missing currency. I am ready to move forward with the Pretoria Intervention Program Application as this is my first offense, I am looking for advice on how I should resume with my case.

The key is getting into the Pretrial Intervention program. You can use the 'facts' about the money differences to your benefit with the prosecutor. We use the PTI program all the time.
