Is there a way to expunge shoplifting charges. This big blunder happened by my friend in Jan 2011, convicted in May 2011. she has to pay penalty 250$ + no entry to that shop for a year. Now its almost 2 1/2 year. Do you think She is eligible to expunge shoplifting charges?

If she were convicted, she may be eligible for sealing but not expungement. If she were not convicted, then expungement would be possible. I would need to check the court file. Give me call if you want some help. .
