How to get traffic ticket Expunged from record

I currenly live in NJ and received 3 traffic violations for minor speeding within the last 3 years. I paid the tickets for these violations (which I was told would give no points to my license) However, NJ has other ideas and has given me 2 points for each. (even though none of them were in NJ) So now I am liable to pay $150 dollars for the next 3 years even though I am moving out of NJ in early January. I am trying to figure out if I can get one or more of these traffic violations from PA expunged so that my points will be under 6.
