how to remain from going back to jail

More details to this question:
i caught some new charges and was on probation i violated because i was in jail so couldnt go they went to court without me and sentenced me the same day i was released on bond the hearing for violation was 9am that morning i had bond hearing at 130 pm and was released now trying to i didnt i couldnt go to probation while incarcerated how can they violate me

If I understand the situation correctly, you were most likely violated for getting new convictions. Also on known as a "condition 1" violation, aka Failure to Be of Good Behavior. A condition 1 violation does not use the sentencing guidelines so the Judge has full discretion in deciding how much time to give you back.
