How will I know if charges are being filed against me?

More details to this question:
I got in trouble at work, LP called me in to talk over certain situation. I wasn't detained nor arrested just escorted out and before I left, they just mentioned that they were gonna file charges against me.

You'll either get a notice in the mail to appear in court or they'll get an arrest warrant and come get you.

You have the right to remain silent. Only idiots talk to investigators/cops. Remember, no matter what you say it will be twisted around and used against you later.
