A loss of license for a DUI in Mississippi carries over to all states. You can't move or try and obtain a license in another state to avoid a DUI. I don't have enough info to address your question regarding a "hardship license". If this is your first DUI, license suspension is for 90 days. You can petition for a occupational; license through Department of Licensing after 30 days. If you have had multiple DUIs, or you refused to take the breath test, you cannot get an occupational license. There is no waiver of suspension.
