How will this misdemeanor burglary affect my job search?

More details to this question:
In 2010, I was charged with misdemeanor burglary. It should have been petty theft if you ask me. This resulted in a fine and community service.

If you entered someone's car to commit theft, it is burglary of a motor vehicle which while now a class A misdemeanor, used to be a 3rd degree felony carrying a prison sentence.
