QUESTION

How win an appeal for a parking ticket.

Asked on Jan 30th, 2015 on Traffic Violations - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I got a parking ticket last month for parking too close to a driveway. I pled not guilty and went to court to argue that there is no specific distance I need to park from a driveway as long as I am not blocking the driveway. I was found guilty but was not shown any specific law on parking distance from a driveway. I would like to appeal the judge's decision and either win or feel confident that I am right and the judge knows it.

You can appeal the finding of guilty. Appeal is to the Superior Court in the county where the  municipal court made the decision. You must make an economic decision. The cost for the appeal would be $2500. You can pay the ticket and spend for less money.  it is your decision.
